Important: This website does not use tracking cookies, profiling cookies or cookie-based analytics systems. The site exposes no public form: data reaches us if you write or call, or through the contact form described in section 9, which is not reachable from the menus and whose link we send on request.

In these cases, we process the following data that you voluntarily provide:

• Contact data: name, surname, phone number, email address, town and country of residence
• Other information: any other information you choose to share with us during communications regarding your interest in our puppies

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

a) Handling information requests

Purpose: Responding to requests for information about our puppies, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed, and our kennel activities.

Legal basis: Performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b GDPR).

b) Placement of puppies

Purpose: Organising visits to the kennel, proceeding with the placement of puppies. We do not take reservations and we keep no waiting list.

Legal basis: Performance of the placement agreement (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b GDPR).

c) Assistance after placement

Purpose: Providing support and assistance to owners of our puppies, sharing updates on breeding dogs' health, communicating relevant information about the breed.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller and consent of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, letters a and f GDPR).

4. Processing Methods

Personal data is processed using manual and electronic means, with logic strictly related to the indicated purposes and with the adoption of adequate security measures to ensure confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access.

Communication channels used: Phone, Email, WhatsApp.

5. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the time necessary to achieve the indicated purposes:

• Information requests: Data is retained for the time necessary to provide the requested response and for a subsequent period of 24 months, as for the contact form described in point 9.
• Placement agreements: Data is retained for 10 years from contract conclusion, in compliance with legal obligations.
• Assistance after placement: Data is retained until consent is withdrawn by the data subject.

6. Data Communication and Disclosure

Personal data will not be disclosed. It may be communicated exclusively to:

• Veterinarians or dog industry professionals, only if necessary for the puppy's health
• Public authorities (ENCI, veterinary authority) for legal compliance
• Google Ireland Limited, as data processor, for the contact form data only (see section 9)
• Cloudflare, Inc., as data processor, for serving the website and aggregate traffic statistics

The providers that host the site and supply our tools (Cloudflare, Google) are companies also based outside the European Union: any transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. For placements to other EU countries, the communications described in section 10 apply.

7. Data Subject Rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR): Obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data and receive a copy
• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): Request deletion of data ("right to be forgotten")

9. Reservation Form

We use a form to collect the details of anyone who would like to be told when a litter is on the way. It is not published on this site and cannot be reached from the menus: it lives at /contatto/ and the link is sent by the controller, on request, to people who have already been in touch with the kennel.

Data collected: full name, email address, phone number and country (required), town, and the information you choose to provide (sex preference, experience with dogs, where the dog will live and with whom).

Purpose: solely to handle your enquiry and to contact you about puppies. Your data is not used for newsletters, automated marketing or profiling.

Legal basis: the consent you give by ticking the dedicated box before submitting (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Where the data is stored: submissions are recorded in a Google Workspace spreadsheet accessible only to the data controller, and sent as a notification to the controller's mailbox. Google Ireland Limited acts as data processor.

Retention: up to 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Disclosure to third parties: none. Your data is never sold, transferred or shared with other breeders or third parties.

Your rights: at any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, using the contact details in this notice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Completing the form is entirely optional: you may give us the same details by WhatsApp, email or phone.

10. Placements Outside Italy

When a puppy goes to a family resident in another country, the health and registration procedure requires the new owner's details to be passed to third parties. Specifically:

• The local veterinary health authority, for the health certificate and registration in the European TRACES system, which is compulsory for movements of this kind
• ENCI, for the issue of the export pedigree, which the body posts directly to the foreign owner's address
• The kennel club of the destination country, if the owner applies to transcribe the pedigree

Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations on animal health and stud book registration (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), together with performance of the contract.

These communications are unavoidable: without them the puppy cannot legally leave Italy or be registered in the country of arrival. The data passed on is limited to what the rules require: the owner's name and address.

11. Breeding Dogs' Certificates Published on This Site

We publish the laboratory certificates of the dogs used in our breeding programme: genetic tests, cardiological examinations and similar documents. These carry the name of the dog's owner, who in some cases is not the controller of this website.

Why we publish them: to make our health claims verifiable, for our own dogs and for the parents of a litter. It is a choice, not an obligation.

Legal basis: for dogs we do not own, the explicit consent of the owner, obtained before publication (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Withdrawal: the owner of any dog whose documents appear on this site may ask for their removal at any time, using the contact details in this notice. Removal is carried out without requiring a reason and as quickly as possible.

12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website sets no cookies of its own.

YouTube video. Some breeding-diary pages contain a video embedded from YouTube. We use the youtube-nocookie.com domain: until you press play, YouTube receives no identifiers and writes nothing to your device. If you start the video, Google receives your IP address and may use local storage technologies under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can browse every page of the site without ever starting it.

No technical cookies, profiling cookies, third-party cookies, or user tracking systems are used.

The site collects aggregate traffic statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies on your device, assigns no identifiers and does not follow you across different sites. For this reason the site shows no consent banner: there is nothing to ask consent for.

13. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes or changes in our data processing practices.
