Puppy Availability: Information on puppy availability is indicative and subject to change. For up-to-date information, please contact us directly.

Puppy Characteristics: Every puppy is unique. Physical, temperamental and behavioural characteristics may vary from one individual to another, even within the same litter.

Genetic Testing: Our breeding dogs undergo genetic testing for the main conditions affecting the breed. Test information is available on request and is provided in good faith. Genetic testing reduces but does not entirely eliminate the risk of hereditary conditions.

4. Puppy Reservation and Purchase

Reservation Procedure: A puppy is reserved following an introductory conversation and payment of a deposit. Specific terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Guarantees: All puppies are released with:

• ENCI pedigree
• Microchip and registration in the canine registry
• Health booklet with vaccinations administered
• Antiparasitic treatments
• Veterinary certificate of good health

Release: Puppies are released no earlier than 60 days of age, as required by current Italian legislation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Allevamento Del Piccolo Diavolo undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, it cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or currency of all information on the website.

The owner is not liable for:

• Any errors or omissions in the content
• Technical problems accessing the website
• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the information

Responsibility for the dog after release: from the moment the puppy is handed over, the care, maintenance, education, custody and supervision of the dog are the exclusive responsibility of the owner.

In particular, the dog must never be left without adult supervision in the presence of small children. Allevamento Del Piccolo Diavolo accepts no liability for damage to persons, animals or property, nor for injuries or accidents caused by the dog or suffered by the dog, after handover to the owner.

6. Selection of Buyers

The kennel reserves the right to select the buyers of its puppies, assessing the suitability of the families and the living conditions they will be able to offer the dog.

We reserve the right to decline the sale of a puppy where we consider that the family is not suitable or that the conditions offered are not appropriate for the animal's wellbeing.

7. Changes to This Legal Notice
